Short version: SOLI stores your game progress and statistics on your own device. Your chosen display name (an alias) and score are sent to a public leaderboard only if you choose to enable it. The free, ad-supported version shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising identifier to deliver and measure ads. A one-time SOLI Premium purchase removes all ads. We do not sell your personal data.

We never collect: your email address (unless you contact us or voluntarily enter it to restore a purchase), your precise location, your contacts, photos, or messages. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
The free version of SOLI on mobile (Android and iOS) displays advertisements through Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve and measure ads, AdMob accesses your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA) and limited ad-interaction and diagnostic data. Ads may be personalised based on this identifier.

SOLI offers a one-time Premium upgrade that removes ads and unlocks all table themes and card styles. Purchases are processed by the platform's billing system — Google Play Billing on Android, Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, or Stripe on web, macOS, and Windows — and validated through RevenueCat, Inc. We never receive or store your full payment-card details; those are handled entirely by the payment processor.
To restore a purchase, you may be asked to provide an email address; it is used only to locate and restore your entitlement.
SOLI includes an optional global leaderboard powered by Google Firebase Realtime Database (Google LLC, United States). This feature is disabled by default.
If you choose to enable the leaderboard (at first launch or later via the in-app Privacy screen), SOLI transmits your chosen display name and your score to Firebase when you record a qualifying result. No other data is transmitted.

Your scores, statistics, preferences, and consent choice are stored locally on your device (for example, in the app's private storage on Android/iOS, or in ~/Library/Application Support/SOLI/ on macOS). You can clear this data at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the application. No copy of this local data is held by AEI Digital Solutions.

SOLI is not directed at children. It is rated and intended for a general adult audience, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through SOLI, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of SOLI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
