By creating an account or using Prismeal you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 to use the app; weight-management coaching requires you to be 18 or older. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Prismeal estimates nutrition from photos or descriptions of your meals and offers goal-aware wellness guidance and a Metabolic Integrity Score. See the disclaimer above — the app is for education and wellbeing, not medical care.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for how you use the guidance, and for your own food, health and lifestyle decisions and their outcomes. Results are individual and not guaranteed.
Prismeal offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Plus, Pro). Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed in your store account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel renewal in your store account. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice. Refunds follow the applicable store's policy and your statutory consumer rights.
Don't misuse the app: no unlawful use, and no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its AI backend.
The app, its content, scoring methodology and branding are owned by AEI Digital Solutions and protected by law. You keep ownership of the meal data and photos you submit, and grant us the limited licence needed to process and store that content to provide the service.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AEI Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on the app's estimates or guidance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Romanian or EU law, including your statutory consumer rights and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms; continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
